Everyone is born with the raw qualities for leadership. When we expand the capacity of these individuals, we foster strength in families and communities.
How much funding is being allocated by organizations (Corporate and Educational) towards high-quality opportunities in leadership development? Is it equitable? What portion of those funds are accessed by individuals who historically have limited access such as those of African, Latinx, Indian, and Asian-Pacific Islander descent, women and youth? Is it accessible? All of these questions lead us to barriers which need to be broken down.
